Your photos remain yours
You retain ownership of your photos. Only upload photos you took or have permission to share, including permission from recognizable people when required. Do not upload private information, unlawful material, sexual content, threats, harassment, or photos that infringe another person's rights.
Permission for Water Landing Directory
You give the Seaplane Pilots Association (SPA) a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, resize, and display your submitted photos within Water Landing Directory and to use service providers to operate that service. This permission does not include unrelated advertising, merchandise, or other promotional uses. Those uses require separate permission.
Review and removal
Photos are reviewed before other members can see them. SPA may reject or remove inappropriate or irrelevant submissions. You can remove your photos from the listing in the app, or ask SPA for help. After removal, SPA will stop displaying the photo in the service. Limited backup or security records may remain under the Privacy Policy. Removal cannot recall copies previously saved by other members.
Acceptance and contact
For each upload, SPA records your account, the photo, this terms version, and the server acceptance time. Contact spa@seaplanes.org about photo permissions, inappropriate content, or removal requests. Include the listing name and identify the photo.
